Oral use. Shake the ampoule before use. Ampoules are drunk after dilution in sweetened or normal water or in any other soft drink (non-alcoholic). Take preferably the ampoule before meals but sometimes the time of the intake and the dosage must be adapted in accordance with digestive tolerance. Iron Gluconate 50mg, Manganese 1.33mg, Copper 0.7mg
